Short Notice Inspection, the Unconditional Service Guarantee offers Soild Gold Members real assurance that their home will be repairs and maintained to a high standard by us.
So what is it?
As a Solid Gold member, if you are not happy with the quality of a repair carried out to your home, subject to an inspection by a Neighbourhood Repairs Surveyor, you can appoint a second contractor from our approved contractor list to complete the repair to your satisfaction. We will also give you the equivalent cost of the repair as compensation.
