As part of our review of Gold Service, members told us that they would prefer to get their cashback paid once a year and in time for Christmas.
Cashback each year is calculated for a 12 month period (usually November - November) - meaning that Gold Service members can accrue up to £52 cashback!
Depending on which cashback option the individual members have made (either crediting to their Compliments Card, Home Improvement Account, rent account, Community Gold group or Credit Union account).

Please check your balance before attempting to use your Compliments Card as retailers do not have any access to the details of your available balance. If you wish to make a part payment towards a purchase, please tell the cashier exactly how much you wish to pay before you make the transaction.
