Gold Service & Compliments Cards
Gold Service members accumulate cashback points during the year. For each week a member qualifies for membership, £1 is saved. Each November, we calculate how much cash back each Gold Service member has accumulated and the money is added to their personal Gold Service "Compliment Card" account - which they can then spend or save as they wish.
The Compliments Card is a widely used like a debit card that can be used in a wide range of retailers - by either spending in store (by using as a swipe card), purchasing items over the phone or on-line!
